一直以來對教育的議題都很有興趣，應該說對於人生這個議題都很有興趣，
尤其在TED上面的Sir Ken Robinson的演講令我很激賞，一來他幽默風趣，
二來他的內容值得讓人省思。附上他最近在TED上的一個演講。
1. The human beings are naturally different and diverse.
2. Curiosity: 若能激發孩子的好奇心，通常不用幫忙，他就會自動學習。
3. The real role of leadership is climate control, creating a climate of possibility.
4. "There are three sorts of people in the world: Those who are immovable, people who don't get it, they don't want to get it, they're going to do anything about it. There are people who are movable, people who see the need for change and are prepared to listen to it. And there are people who move, people who make things happen. " quoted from Benjamin Franklin
用climate control來形容真的很貼切，不管是針對老師、父母、教育工作者，或是主管，該做的都是創造一個對的環境，自然可以達到期望的結果。
